Sometimes I get narked and complain about the poor service, but mostly my complaints get resolved toot suite. I have had dealings with Megaweb and MWeb this year that have made me realise that Web Africa actually gives a shit.
fixed means I don’t have clients calling me because their sites are not working. It does not mean my clients think that I am an arse because the services I provide don’t work. It does not make me happy that my clients are looking for alternative supply.
I have had enough. I have been battling for weeks. I have been hosting with Web Africa for a few years, First there was my windows account, which I decided to switch to Linux because its supposed to be better. With Web Africa linux is a balls up.
Update: They seem to care, I have been assured that problems will be resolved and I have been credited for July. Here’s hoping.
