Pay what you owe.

I have found a strange phenomenon in Nelspruit. It seems that Nelspruit businessmen want to decide how much of your bill gets paid. I built a website at http://collfin.co.za. My client seems to think that the job could be done in only 10 hours. I can go out do the photography, Setup and install the database, build a theme from scratch based on a printed example given to me of a premium theme all in only 10 hours.

Now I know that I am a magician, I can take free themes and modify them in a few hours, but all of the above for which I billed 29 hours, I am considered unreasonable. Hosting added a little extra, all in all under 11000 including annual hosting and multiple email addresses.

The client called and is willing to pay the hosting fees and for 10 hours based on a prior quote for a different website. I admit I gave them a freebie on the photography that time, but I fail to see how you can expect a business to work and not pay them for said work.
