fixed means I don’t have clients calling me because their sites are not working. It does not mean my clients think that I am an arse because the services I provide don’t work. It does not make me happy that my clients are looking for alternative supply.
As to being polite, I am 20 support tickets beyond polite, I am fucking irate. Get the fucking problem solved.
